If you’re looking for a home inspector for the purchase of your home, please look no further!! I had the most amazing experience with my inspector Nathan, who walked me through the home on what he inspected, thoughts and advice. Nathan was very knowledgeable, thorough and detailed and answered any questions I had regarding the home. By far the best experience I’ve had and I completely appreciate it! Thank you and I’m excited to making this property home!

Nathan and his team at Tip Top are truly THE BEST in the business. Nathan’s unbiased and thorough inspection offers a peace of mind. You also can’t beat the same-day report that Tip Top offers (with no extra cost), even on a Saturday! I’ve had Nathan perform the initial inspection and then a reinspection after the seller repaired the issues that were discovered in the initial inspection report. My entire family trusts and will continue to use Tip Top for the future.

Nathan with Tip Top Home Inspections is the best! He is the most thorough inspector I have ever worked with. As a realtor, I trust him with all my clients. He is a very good communicator and explains the details of his reports and issues with homes.
